Our Church Building was destroyed by the F5 tornado that struck Oklahoma City in 1999. We rebuilt in 2003 and selected the Comdial DX-80 as our new phone system. With 34 years at SBC I have been managing the system without support for two years. I think you people are great. Your experience and intelligence clearly shows though. I may have questions later. thanks

I know the dx80 inside out, and I have a few church's I handle at no charge. My own included. Ping me if you need any help. Make sure you know the software level of your system.

Thank You both. Mark You ask what software verison we are running. I don't know but this may be the answer. The PCDBA disk that came with the system is labled V28 10/25/01. We have a 7271C Flash Voicemail Board. This blocks the view of the CPU chips if we open the box. If this is enough to determine the version let me know. We have not had to tern the system off in two years.

That's it, the SW is Version 28. Make sure you have a battery back up and surge protection on that system, the Flash VM is very sensitive and does not like power fluctuations. Ping me, or Punch Down, if you need anything.
