Welcome to the board.

Please indicate the model telephone system and telephone you are referring to.

On a wild guess, without the necessary information, I would say you have voice announce blocked and your ringer turned off. Try dialing ITCM # 2 depending on the system you have, that might allow voice announce intercom calls again.
As for your calls transfering to another telephone, I will need more information to address that. It could just be that your ringer is off or a call forward feature is activated.

You need to provide more info, and accurate info on the system your phone is working with. From the sound of your post, you will need a certified tech to help you. Sorry, there are too many perameters to address this on the board. Call in a tech and pay the fee.

Well, i didn't need a tech to come out, just someone who knew what i was talking about. My VAB (voice annoucement block) was on and I just went under options, hit VAB key and hit off. Thanks anyway.

what you need to do there is look at your lcd and there button under the lcd press the far right untill you see vac or vab then push btn under that and you will see off or on the one that don't have a arrow next to it push the button under that and the hit the speaker button and that should take care of that.
