Has anyone heard of Interactive Intelligence? They provide a software solution for VOIP. A potential customer is changing from a G3 to I.I., and I am wondering if this is a good move.
If anyone has any information at all about Interactive Intelligence and/or its products, please post, or contact me.

I have one customer who had a older Definity and changed over. After two months of trying to get it working with another vendor and many user complaints and trying to make it work they called me to put a IP Avaya in.

It does not sound promising. Thanks for the response.

Interactive Intelligence is a very pricey software based solution. It relies heavily on PC's as they only offer an analog telephone. I have gotten mixed reviews but the sex appeal of the sales demo seems to fade once the product is intsalled.

Interactive Intelligence's I3 CIC Server is a very robust product. I am currently using it for my IVR Voice front end with redundant Cisco Telco routers and a few Sip Clients. Soon to start moving to the ACD application. I have studied the market and received quotes from other Vendors and found InIn's pricing very competitive. I am a 25 year Nortel guy and have been very impressed with the new ODBC standards. It has been a good experience for us.
