Customer has a dsu w/2port small office lite. Auto attendant answers during the day via del. ring. Tha attendant puts the system in night service every evening; Evidently night service takes precident over delayed ringing on the dsu. Customer wants auto. attendant to answer on the 6th ring when in nignt service. Any suggestions on making this happpen?
Thanks in advance!

What is different in night mode? If it answers during the day in a delay, why bother putting it in night mode at all?

They switch to night mode to provide ringing in other areas besides the receptionist's phone and also to make the phones ring over the PA on the shop floor.

If I remember correctly, the dsu would follow a fowarded station even when all the phones were ringing. Set a phone up to ring in night mode and forward it to vmail. Make sure you take the rining off the vmail ports. If this works, pick an open port or a kitchen /lobbby phone to use. ------------------ PARALLEL TECHNOLOGIES INC. WWW.ABUGSEYEVIEW.COM

I figured out how to make this work using DISA. Just set disa dial time to 0 and assign the disa assist station as the first port of the auto attendant. Set disa rings to answer to 5 and you're good to go.
