I recently moved an FXT and Keyvoice 8 port vm and when powering back on, users can't log into the ECS box like they used to. They hit the vmail soft key but instead of it asking for box and password, it goes to the main greeting. Has anyone had this problem?

You posted a similar question at the tail end of another thread. Make up your mind where you are going to continue, and we'll try and make up our minds where to respond. In the meantime, I did respond in that other thread (before I saw this one). I would suggest continuing here in your own thread. Thanks!

Run a trace with DTP and see what digits come in and which translation rule it uses. Then go check out your trans.txt file to make adjustments, as necessary. See my response in the other thread for other things to look at, as well as a couple other questions I had.

Also, you still need to fill out your profile, please.

5years is on the money about your vmail ports being in the correct order. If they are not in the order that the Comdial.lnk thinks they are in, this will cause problems.

I would also make sure your ports are true vmail ports. put a buttset on them and see if you hear a digit when you go off hook. If you do not hear a digit and hear dialtone. this is your problem.
