Greetings,
We are having an issue where intercom calls originating from a POTs phone do not seem to follow the Fwd RNA rules for Digital Phones.
Each of our Comdial proprietary phones are setup to Fwd RNA Busy "Yes" and each have three intercoms in the Hunt Group -- i.e. 3190, 4190, 190.
If the person at extension 190 is on the phone, intercom calls to that phone from other digital extensions roll over perfectly. Calls from analog extensions get a busy signal.
Is there a way to get the analog extensions to behave the same way as the digital extensions?
Thanks in advance.

not sure if you are referring to hunt groups or group intercoms, but first guess I would say you need to set your call forward to all calls instead of just personal calls.

Ringback on busy should do it - see below. You may have to set the feature on the IST port.
When you enable this feature, callers to another telephone that is busy on an outside line hear a busy tone instead of a ring back tone. With the feature disabled, callers hear a ring back tone--not a busy tone. In this latter case, callers using a non-display telephone have no means of knowing the busy status of the called party. (Remember, LCD speakerphones display called party status.)
