Trying to make multiple extensions ring off of a DID that comes into a Hub off a PRI then ring at the same time to extensions on the node side that is connected through a point to point T. Any ideas of how to make that work?

Thanks!

What else would you like to know? We are a Comdial dealer located in Austin, TX. We have been in business for 3 years now, in the industry for a lot longer than that. We have been trying to work with Comdial Tech Support but looking to see if anyone has tried some of these scenarios and made it work. We have been able to do these types of things in the past with Panasonic and Telrads, but as we all know the DBS is no longer around and we're not Telrad dealers. Prefer to make the Comdial work, we believe it is a good product and would love to make it work.

Do you guys have a website? Other than that, it looks good.

Usually, for single-site systems, you either have to use a hunt group, group intercom, or virtual extension (or combination) to make DID's ring multiple extensions. I know on Impact Networking you can assign ringing across the network, but that's specific lines. I can't remember if hunt group members can be from a node or not. Someone else will likely be able to help a little more.

Program IST extension(s) to also ring on incoming call. Connect IST(s) to CO ports and program node stations to direct ring on those line ports.
