Do you have a T-1/PRI at the node end? If so, try using DISA and enter all the access codes in a Mod-Digit table.
Example:
Number to Restrict - *#70
Mod Digit entry: I:[DISA#]pp*80[access code][paging code], CR
This will not require any additional hardware and can be used from anywhere.
