I have a customer that has a vodavi phone system with a dialogic voicemail that says COMDAIL on the label, he claims that the system had worked upto few months ago but stopped. they thought it was the analog ports on the phone system. I checked the ports are all ok. The question here, what software does this system use for programming???? the tag says Key systems, Dialogics.???? any one have info on this system.

Depends on the model of the Key Voice. Built in to the DOS Corp Office but some Small offices used Key LInk. You need to hook up a monitor if it doesn't already have it.

Is the unit dead? Does it have a monitor and keyboard connected to it? If no keyboard and monitor, put one on it and see if it will boot up. We need more info than you are giving us.

the system looks like a flash voicemail, not pc based. The toshiba version would require the admin software in order to communicate???

You're looking at a Keyvoice Debut. Keylink software and connection to the serial port should get you in. You can also use Keyvoice Remote--it will auto hunt for the proper baud.
