new customer (and i don't do much on dx80s) and they say all phones ring until about 5 pm, then only one phone rings, i can probably find, but i know one of you experts will know where to look. Thanks!

The first place I would look is in CO Line programming, Answering Position, Eve. See what extension is programmed in EVE. If they want it to directly into VM after 5pm, then you need to set EVE to 433.

Look in time switching under system application. In there you can set the time to auto frog from day to nite to Alt. Also you can turn it off by setting the day/nite mode to day. Now it is probably set to "time switching" so it follows the time of day in that program Mark

In case you do not have PC access you can set it from the attnd phone using F63 and the password. Each time you enter this code sequence it will toggle you to the next setting day,eve,alt,time.
