I am having trouble with getting the system speed dial to work I go through the procedure but when I try to use it i get a fast busy. I am doing the ******* then 02 then 01 for position, then # to clear, then 01 for line 1, then the number, and then t/c. I need to program 3 numbers to speed dial on 6 outgoing lines and on all the stations

Please don't post system passwords on the open forum.
The steps you listed are correct. At what point are you getting the error tone, that's the point the system doesn't like your entry. Try using the attendants guide instructions for programming the numbers in, I don't have the book in front of me but I believe this can be done with the attendant function instead of the Installer password.

From station 10 or 12 dial *#02 then XX(01-99) for position # to clear then 91 (assuming that the six lines are programmed to line group 1) then the number and t/c twice.
