I've got a Condial Impact 816 w/ 3 incoming COs, 5 telephone sets, and 1 wireless Scout that was working fine up until Tuesday. After a busy day things got quiet, except on the Scout. Any incoming line now rings only on the Scout, not over any telephone or the loudspeaker. The lines *do* flash on the telephone sets, and they can be answered. Calls can be originated from the telephone sets. I've reset the direct ring on all lines and ensured there was no distinct ring set up. I've disconnected the telephone sets & the Scout, reset the system, and most other logical tests. I could not move the Scout to another port on the system. Any suggestions as to what could be the problem here?

We checked that too, and it was not activated. It certainly sounds as though some programming change was made, but this doesn't appear to be the casee. One thing I omitted from my first post: The telephone on extension 10 emits a short bleep upon receiving an incoming call, then is silent.

That's what happens when the ringer is turned all the way down (off) and when it is forwarded. Mark
