We put in 3 DX120s last week and had zero complaints from endusers. Better quality speakerphone, fast dialing, a much better product. The only complaint was from the installers that say it takes a little getting used to if you program from the set instead of a laptop. Evidently the DX80 display would fast scroll when going the parameters and the new ones blank out for a brief time when fast running through the fields. It makes them slow down to make sure where they are in the programming tree.

I have installed 2 systems with Pri card it has the CSU on the card you dont have to buy one woorks good DID's are easy to set up

CSU is NOT on the DX120 PRI card. An external one would be required.

Do you have a fractional PRI with internet? If so the Adtran (or equivalent) takes the place of a customer provided CSU.
I have yet to install one where the CLEC hasn't provided one.
Some operating companies have smartjacks that don't require a CSU. Check before you purchase one.
