I have recently integrated a Debut VM with a DSUII w/ sw 5C, and thanks to carefully studying many past messages on this forum, it is almost all working. Except for DCD Ring All Stations.
We want all stations to ring directly on incoming CO calls, and also want an option in voicemail to ring all stations simultaneously. I have set up department 1 with all 10 stations. I have given department 1 a pilot code of 66. I set up mailbox 66 in Debut to blind transfer to X. I turned on DCD Type Ring All Stations (17, 15, 1). But, the stations are still called one at a time sequentially, whether I initiate a call from an outside line to voicemail to box 66, or I initiate an INTERCOM 66 call.
I initially had assigned the three incoming CO lines to department 1, but I removed them from the department (and have no lines assigned to the department now) because it prevented all stations from ringing on initial calls from an outside line before going to VM.
Is there some interaction between other features or timings that is preventing the DCD Ring ALl from working?

Hi Andy,
If you do an intercom call it will always do the ext one at a time. A better test is be on a call and hit trans 66 and hangup. Do not use the trans to voice mail key use the transfer key. Now does your group ring? If so you know the problem is in the voice mail. If it does not then you know it is in the DSUII. Let me know which way it looks and we can move on from there.

Thanks for the information, Jim. I tried the direct transfer to 66, and all extensions rang as they should. Then I called into voicemail and asked for box 66, and all extensions rang. So, it now works as I want it to. Not exactly sure why it didn't work the first several times I tried it, but maybe I was expecting the direct call to extension 66 (not a transfer 66) to ring all stations too. Thank you for your help.
