OK, Here is the update.

First, you have to understand this customer AND the Office I work for. NO Information!

I get on-site, explain what I was sent to do, "somebody " says " I think it's going in the conference room(so far, so good, it is after all a Conference Speaker Phone) there was already a Impact 24 key phone in there, the jack was already split out and a Dedicated co line already on it. I plugged in the polycom, ID'd the co line, made a test call, got my paperwork signed and LEFT.

But, before I left, I did put my buttset on the aux pair and was able to get DialTone, couldn't test if it lite any lites on any phones, because of the Secure Area of the site.

Maybe, next Time, when I'm at a site with more flexiblity, I'll check and see what it really does.
