A rep has been calling me for about a month to show me this system. I've been putting her off because I've been busy, but I'm interested if anyone has any feedback or experience with it?

Yes tried to solicit us also..since we all IP Telephony. They came over all the way from upstate NY.

Ok.System. Horrible interface and has too many things shoved into it like email, calendars etc. No redundancy on harddrive....this thing dies you out of business and not just "phones down".

I was not impressed with the price either.

When in doubt, Reboot.

OHmm, I thought that price was pretty good without all the add on stuff.
I don't have pricing info on 3com and cisco but I thought they were considerably higher.? I know attigen is. You don't have to use all the extra stuff.

The reliability and redundancy are always a concern on a new system, but then again I've had 3 R6 Avaya fail on me this year, so that's not exclusive to new products.

I find their pricing reasonable, the mirrored drive isn't a bad option for redundancy and with the included software you can back the entire config including voice and emails to either a pc on the network, a NAS or a remote location. What I don't like is they have no provision for an attendants console in either hardware or as an e console. In the next revision they will also be offering ACD which I haven't seen yet but it will be a nice enhancement
