my cousin rented space that has a Debut on a DX80, previous tenant abandoned the system in place. I know Comdial, and I know the Key Voice, but, I am at a loss with Debut.

How do I get logged in to change the main menu? And any other programming tips would surely be appreciated.

I know your normal is to "refer to trained tech", but man, this is my wife's mom's brother's son. If I tell him he got to pay someone, I won't be invited to grandma's for thanksgiving dinner anymore.

Not ATL, Voice-Tech. I am off today, and could not log in to my usual ID (don't know password and sundance sends it to the office)

Debut has the same software as the other Key Voice products. If you can't get in to supervisors box to change menu selection then the password has probably been changed. You'd have to hook up a laptop to verify though.

Hmmmm.... 1. Why would anyone put a Debut on a DX-80??? 2. If you know KeyVoice--you know Debut. How can you be "at a loss with Debut". What is REALLY going on here?? Hmmmmmm???

Key Voice main menu box is 800, 800 is not a valid mailbox

LoL yes your right 800 is not a valid mailbox its a routing box. if you've everdone any programing on the verbatim its the same as the Debut. Manager mailbox and setup. hope that helps
