Hey guys. I tried to replace a bad Debut VM with a used one that I had in stock on a DSU Rev 11a. For some reason I can't get the vm to light the message waiting lights. The Debut is version 8.5. I'm sure I did something stupid, but I have a tech. on site now and would like to tell him what to do. Thanks, Darren

VM ports where programmed for prime line group. I can't figure out how it was working before I replaced it. Will the serial integration work to light message lights without having 18A or better?
