I'm looking for a 12 port digital station expander card for the Fujitsu Allegra 192, part #F9032-10.
Note: This card installs on a standard 12 port digital station card as a daughter board. It is identical in appearance to Vodavi's version, part number IN9032-10 or TR9032-10, but this must be a Fujitsu version due to firmware compatibility limitations. Most of the Fujitsu cards have a white label on the component side that says "Fujitsu" to differentiate it from the Vodavi version.

I have a 9600. Anything you can use off of it?

No, it is a completely different system that was made by Vodavi for Fujitsu, but thanks for asking!
