If anybody out there has some old Vodavi phone boxes (SP 61616-44) lying around, I would be very interested in making an offer.
These were the ash phone boxes with the call & DND buttons on the front used on the Vodavi analog systems (308, 616, 1224, 96ex etc.)

Sorry. They're all gone. I do have 3 of the 584 single line adapters if you can adapt them in some way. For anyone else that may be interested, I still have a good 1224EX KSU and a few wall kits.
