We have 80245-Gt, Impact 24 Line (Small LCD Display) phones on our FXII system.
I was wondering if there is a way I can pull up (on the LCD display) a history of the recent incoming calls that rang to that extension. Showing the the CALLER ID NAME + NUMBER.
Also, is there a way to get Interchange to pass the caller id information to the extension instead of showing the voicemail extension #s. This happens when someone dials an extension from the directory. If you call the DID directory, we see the normal caller id information.

Program a CID key on the phone.
Your Interchange must be set to Transfer Type "Wait for Answer". Blind would give you that info, after the initial ring (the first ring on the transfer is an intercom call, then the call gets transferred, along with the CID info). Wait for answer remains an intercom call until you answer, which is why the CID info from the outside call doesn't show up.

CID review will not function if your calls get answered by voice mail. CID Review only stores/displays unanswered calls. A call forwarded to VM will be answered.
