The model phone you gave does not exist. How about 8012S? Regardless, programming a phone to ring is installer-level programming, and is beyond the scope of this forum, which is for sharing and discussing user guide and admin guide information. You will most likely need to hire a certified tech who knows your system to come program it for you. Also, whoever you hire to help you will need to know which system you have, not just what model phone you have. That model phone worked on multiple Comdial systems, and they each program a bit differently. I just noticed this is a DUPLICATE THREAD in this same forum. Please only start ONE thread when you want to ask a question, when it's the same question. Thanks! Justin
