I am having trouble with a Comdial Voicemail Call Transfer feature.
One of the attorney accidentally enable this feature, so all calls to the attorney goes to her voicemail.
I was able to enable and disable this option in other Comdial phones in the office, but her phone didn't allow me.
Here's what I did:
1) Enter Voicemail 2) Enter Password 3) Main Menu: Enter option 3 4) Options Menu: Enter option 4 5) Call Transfer Menu: Enter *
For all the other phones, step 5 works. However, for her phone, step 5 results in an error (invalid key/option entered).
For her, when reaching step 4, I am informed that her calls are transfered to voicemail and I am immediately transfered back to the main menu. It did not give me any option to turn on/off Call Transfer.
Any help is appreciated.

Make sure that in the transfer to field the ext or [X] is not in brackets. This will make it so the user cannot change it. I do this on all installs to stop people from putting telephone numbers in.

gitar1 is an end user, he's not going to be able to make that change.
One of the guys here could do it by tele-parameter, but there would be a reasonable fee, and they would need the supervisor password. Ping the mod, admin or installer of your choosing and ask. If you don't have the password you may need to call in the last service company you used on to work on it.

I believe once it is changed to No Transfer, it cannot be changed via the phone by an end user. Mark is right. Someone with technical-level access will need to set it right.
Unless needed to be changed, I often disable the feature, for security (anti-toll fraud) purposes.
