What is the feature code to use the Service Observing? I have program the system for Station 10 and 12 to use this feature. On the Debut Voice mail when the Auto Attendant comes on and I make a selection to reach Station 11 or any other Station the call goes to voice mail rather than ringing the station, how can I have to call ring the station and when it is busy or no answer the voice mail kicks in? I would appericate any help with this. I would be willing to pay for Tech Support for this, I want to complete this job ASAP. All I need help with is to have the Voice mail answer on a delay ring and the callers dial the station they are trying to reach and if no one answers it goes to voice mail and if possible turn on the message waiting light.

The code is I#03 and ext#. Need more info on the vm setup.
