System Info:
We have an FXT-224 (17D) with Impact phones. The line in question uses an outside number and 2 extensions (253, 3253) hooked to an FXLDS-16. Incoming lines are routed through the FXT1-PRI. The cabinet has a mix of FXLDS-16 and FXSDS-16 boards, along with an FXISTM-16 and an FXSDS-04.
PRI is supplied by XO and we have no other problems.

Problem:
Yesterday a user made a conference call with 2 outside lines. Ever since, the line is lit up green like it's in use, but we cannot do anything with it. Speaker/Intercom doesn't work unless we're in a menu or using the 2nd line.
I've looked in VMMI and tried swapping phones, but am rather stumped since I'm mainly a PC guy.

Reset the PRI or the phone system.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried resetting the system and the PRI board through VMMI. Still no luck.

I'll try physically turning the FXT off/on in the morning before too many people come in.
