I have 2 fx11 systems networked(hub and node) with voip gateway cards in the fx 11 systems. At hte hub side there is a t1 connected to a dialer that calls extensions at both the hub and node sites and these extensions basically stay connected throughout the day. At the node site thet experience where they cannot hear the caller but can be heard by them, they also say they get buzzing. Both the node and hub get calls from the sam t1 but only node is affected. Comdial tech has called in to both sits and confirmed programming is good. Help, any ideas?

How often does this happen? How far apart are the two locations? If they can have downtime put the node beside the hub with a small switch and eliminate the network.

The 2 systems are 100 miles apart, and there is not really any down time, The main problem is that this only happens about once a week or less, then they have to reboot both systems.

FXIIs are release 17. I'd upgrade them to 17F and the networking board firmware to 4.
