I have a customer I've been doing some work on their fxII. When I goto hunt group everything is grayed out and I can't edit anything, I can add a group but again everything is grayed out

In VMMI, go to Station Menu/Station Hunting, and click on Search Type. Select None, and then Apply changes. Update your group, apply your changes, and then set your Search Type back and apply your changes again. That should do the trick.

I'll try it but I really thought everything was grayed out. even the search type maybe cause i didn't hit apply.

Lets us know how you make out. I was doing some testing today and see how you ended up with a fully grayed out screen, but it was just a procedure error. Start from scratch again and apply your changes as you go.

Totally grayed out I'm loging in under admin. I don't have the pw to installer but do you think that would make a difference
