im lookn for my model number so i can purchase a wiring diagram ive gotten my serial numbers, is there a website i can goto so i can find this every site ive been to wont locate it

Every Comdial product has some kind of label with a model and serial number on it. Are you speaking of a particular phone? If you are unsure, it would be great if you would post a photo of what you have. That will help us immensely. You will need to place your photo on a photo hosting site, like www.Photobucket.com. Make sure that you use the ".IMG" file (the last option) so that the picture shows up in your post.

i do have the serial number however i couldnt find a model number... acually i found 3 serial numbers and a upc number there is 2 boxes mounted it our maint room. i my comppany recently purchased a factory which the phone system was already installed but half the lines are cut. just needing a sycamatic for wiring purposes.

Just give us any and all numbers that you have. We will do the research to try to figure out what you have.

Two boxes sounds like it might be a DXP or DXP plus.
Can you describe the boxes and color?

BIG black box that has all the line inputs on it
also has a audio input

Little gray box w/serial cable plus a input for line,1,2,3,4, which is ran straight from the phone nid i believe i do know when i plug in the little gray box when i call it plays a message from the old company

Probably a DSU 1, DXP, or DXP PLUS with a Debut voice mail. Definitely need more info.

I'm with Dave and Ed. There is more info on the label with an American flag on it. Give us ALL that info or post a picture.
