Has anyone experienced issues with DX80 and DX120 systems that will drop the Audio during conversation? If so, what have you determined to be the cause? Paul

One of my clients is experiencing audio issues now. During a conversation, the audio would go silent on both ends and sometimes instead of silence they would get a busy signal. In either case normal audio would resume after about 5 seconds or so. I really think its a telco issue...but I have to prove it first.

capitol, I can save you an hour or two of labor by saying to go ahead swap out the KSU and re-program. We have had at least 8 DX80's and now 2 DX120's. Vertical Tech Support verified the DX80's were known issues but did not know about the DX120 having this problem yet. I am not sure if it is a motherboard or software issue until this last Friday. It is a Software issue according to Vertical. Paul
