Greetings Again!
I was needing to do some maintenance on our voicemail server such as removing voicemails, resetting inbox passwords, etc. We have the Small Office Lite voicemail server and it is running the V8.2 software.
I assume most of the maintenance can be done through the Database option, but it is password protected and no one knows the password.
Is my assumption about performing maintenance through the database correct?
Is there a way to reset the database password?
Thank you for your time.

are you referring to the supervisor password or the installers password? The things you listed only require supervisor access.

Mark,
To clarify my previous post, I am connected directly to the SOL with keyboard, mouse, and monitor. When I hit F10 (Database), I receive a prompt for a password.
If I can get these maintenance items completed with the supervisor password, then it's the supervisor password I need.
Thank you for your time.
