I work for a small company in Missouri, we just had our phn services turned on. The problem is whn a call comes in the phns only light up with no ringing. Can someone plz walk me through on how to make the rings heard.

Dependant on system type I would push the volume up key while the lines are flashing to see if the ring volume is all the way down. If that doesn't work you may need a tech to program your system. Please state the type of Comdial system you have. Welcome to the board.

Look at station 10 and 12...if there is a fast flashing light then you are in night ring mode. If not and you followed my instructions to press the volume up key with the handset down while a call is ringing in but that didn't solve your issue then it looks like you're going to need a service call to properly program your system. Did you just have this system installed?

You're probably looking at a service call to fix your issues. It's an installer level programming resolution. You could probably be fixed up for a one hour service call. Depending on where you're at in Missouri there may be an installer near you that can found on the Installer button at the top of the page.
