I have a DX-80 7210 with VM module. How do I change the phone number that the system uses to call me to notify me of a new VM message. Using WinPC-DBA, I cannot find where to make the change.

PC-DBA is for the phone system. You need the software for the voice mail.

You can do it in the Voicemail box options on your phone. Go to your mailbox, press 3 for options 5 for message notification and enter the new number. To turn it off just delete the number. You only need to use the VM software if your setting up a call to a beeper. Does anyone even remember what they are smile

Thanks for the information. The voice mail option on the phone works great. I have 10 phones and an application for the voice mail like the the PC-DBA for the phone system would make changing options much easier. What is the name of the software, and where do I get it?

It really wouldn't make things easier. For most applications using the supervisor menu is the easiest. I'll send you a PM.

You can program 95% of the VM just using the the Sup.'s manual. Once youve done one long enough youll have most of the memory blocks memorized.
You need the Installation and Maintenance Man.
There are some hidden options deep in the VM but you really should be comfortable and have a manual.
