I've got a customer who has an 2 cabinet FXII-480 system software level 17F-198 who is having an issue with their DIDs on their dynamic PRI. Qwest tells me they are sending 4 Digits down the pipe, but when I input the 4 digit range into the Translation table they system gives the CO a "Station Busy" message. When I put the DIDs in the Translation Table as 3 digit they ring through. I've been a Comdial Tech for 10 years and haven't seen this problem yet, and Comdial Tech Support has yet to get back to me with a possible solution. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so any solutions?

Why not leave the DID table to expect 3 digits?

Is the first digit in the range 0. ie 0456, 0457?

The customer is having an issue getting non-conflicting 3 digit DIDs from the CO Vendor so they need the 4 digit to work.
The DID range is 6100 to 6165.
