Hi folks
I have a Comdial Impact DSU II system, and it is behaving differently than it was when I left for the weekend. I think someone might have changed a setting.
Usually, it rings four times and then gives the caller a recorded message where they can dial an extension or press zero to talk to me. Now, it just rings forever and the recording never picks up.
Any ideas?

Can you dial the voice mail directly from a station to see if it is even operating?

Thank you! That simple question solved my problem. (The voicemail computer was stuck in some half-started mode, and it's fine now that I've restarted it).
