I have a customer whose phone rings 3 time then goes to voice mail...I was wondering where the option is to change how many times it rings before voice mail picks it up.

Welcome to the board.  There are multiple ways to accomplish this and unless you are in programming on site we could be leading you astray. Need more info.

How the system is programmed. Are they using CO direct ringing? Are they using UCD coverage? Is the voice mail picking up with a Routing box or dumping directly to a mail box? Each of these is accomplished differently. Without knowing what they currently have we would be shooting in the dark. Have you looked at their programming setup?

K...i'm not sure what UCD coverage or CO direct ringing but there is no routing box. She has her own voicemail box that picks up on her extension.

Its fixed it was in call handling predifined call forwarding. I changed it from 10 seconds to 20 seconds now it rings about 6 times before picking up voice mail. Thanks for the help
