Comdial DSU II, guy has an 8324 phone, using a headset key, has a DND key on the phone, when he touchs the headset key, the display changes to 'wrap up' can't receive any calls, all go straight to voicemail, Called tech support, they said press the ' shift and DND ' keys at the same time, should clear it. Doesn't do anything? also, pressing the DND key by itself doesn't work? also, going thru the display to DND on-off, can't turn it off? tried swapping phones, tried swapping port, no change.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Press hold and the DND button at the same time. If that doesn't work a system power cycle will fix it.

Well, I called the customer and had them try Hold and the DND key, didn't work? any other suggestions? oh, we had them do a power cycle a few weeks ago...
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

The "Wrap Up" indication on the display tells me this phone is programmed to be in a department. The "Wrap Up" is a sort of temporary DND and any call to the department will not ring at this phone. I would try removing it from the department in programming, then reprogram it back into the department (if they are using departments). Also, I would check the button mapping and verify that a DND button is programmed on this phone. As RBF said, pressing Hold and DND at the same time should toggle Wrap Up mode on and off.
