Hello,
I have a programming question for our Comdial FXII switch and VMMI programming interface. We want our operator station to go directly to voice mail after a specified number of rings if nobody is available to answer it. How can that be programmed in VMMI? Thank you.

From your programming screen in VMMI, go to Stations, select the operators station, set the number of rings in the Station RNA Rings entry, set the intercom forward to the Voicemail Station extension, and select your forward type to All Calls and you should be good to go.
