Our VM and Auto Attendant system will not hold the time and date. After resetting the time and date the system loses it after only a couple of hours. Thanks for the help.

Jeremy, you didn't say what vm you had but most Comdial voicemails get their clock from system its connected to. There are exceptions! If all other functions are normal I would look at replacing the cmos or motherboard battery.

Jeremy..as Jim said there are quite a few Comdial Phone system and voice mails combos. Which models do you have?
