Hi guy's I have a customer who has a DSU II with a key voice lite voicemail digital card in the vociemail. I have programmed ports 24 & 25 to be voicemail ports (program 53 - 32), I have programmed the call forward on Busy/Ring - No Answer (program 53 - 21), I have programmed call forward busy (program 53 -41), and I have programmed the voice mail ports to hunt group (program 53 - 18), I have the night ring to ring to port 24, port 24 answers but if another call comes in port 25 will not answer. It is not rolling over, however if I call port 24 from an extension on the phone system it answers and while port 24 is busy I call port 24 from another extension it rolls over to port 25. Any idea why the ports will not roll over from an outside call?

Set night ring to ring both ports 24 and 25. Only one will pick up and the other will be available for the next call.

Sure I can fix that! Who do I see for the check when I'm finished?

If you have trouble with the above method seizing both ports you can set co 1 to ring 24 and co 2 to ring 25..

Hi

You set both ports 24 and 25 to ring at night. In trans.txt file add line 1=9990 as the last line> save and reboot. That should do it

I believe ring reset = 4000 is also needed in the config file.
