Have spoken with Vertical/Comdial Tech Support... they are perplexed...
I can setup any CO line to go to any UCD and this happens (tried the built-in 410-414 for this, and others, such as 416 - we will use this one for testing since 410-414 have "some kindof other strange programming features???") ... switch and vmail in day mode.
Call goes to proper UCD (416)for testing (all ring, no answer timer 5, overflow 1 timer 5, overflow 1 dest 433, overflow 2 timer 5, overflow 2 dest 433, overflow count 1, re-route dest 433.
Trans.txt is set to send UCD ID a9byd07=3101, a9byd31=3201, a9byd55=3301 (have also tried a vmail box, such as 111*,*

... call comes in, UCD sends call to vmail, trace shows proper ID, call is routed to 3101, then back to 416 on switch, then back to 3201 on vmail , then back to 416 on switch >> sounds good so far huh? << but ahhhhh... when it gets to the re-route, IT ALWAYS GOES TO BOX 800 IN VMAIL, !!WITH NO TRACE INFO DISPLAYED!!

help????!!!!!

Patrick,
I gave you installer forum permission and I'm moving this to that forum and locking it here.

I've done a couple of these but I need to look at my saved prog. database to remember what to do, and it's on a site right now.
