Voice Mail is 11.1 interchange system. Recently I turned on single message store on a mail box that worked perfectly for about a month. A week ago I added single message store to 4 mailboxes. All worked until today. Two of the boxes will record a message but there is only silence when user tries to retrive from inbox or from station set. The other 3 mailboxes work fine both from station set and inbox. Funny thing is when I leave a message in one of the malfunctioning boxes I can review the message and the complete message is there----just when caller tries to listen to message just brief silence. Any thoughts on what is happening?

As "ComdialJim" said, check the \vm\ready folder. Generally this folder should be empty... however when messages don't get sent properly, they show up here. It can be a bad email address or your email server may refuse to accept the message. Correcting these addresses should fix the problem long term.
Short term you will probably need a reboot so your users can hear their messages.
On the surface it seems like a major problem, but it usually comes down to something simple. We had a large customer that this was happening to every day... we called and yelled at tech support... the tech on the phone insisted it was bad email addresses... I didn't believe him, but I had one of my tech's go thru every email address and issue... 4 hours later it was working fine and all he did was clean up the problems.
Good luck.

Caused by loss of IP connection or unknown destination when trying to send message. Cleaned up by deleting the contents of the ready folder. Patch available via TS for 12.1 (sorry not 11.1)
