We have an FXII with (2) Expansion Cabinets that is dropping calls in the middle of conversations. Happening on all line cards throughout the system. Software 17B Release 193. Tried a system database restore /reset but still happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Are the lines dropping or is the system resetting? Pull the status logs to see the history.

We are having the same problem with our FXII system. Whole systems seems to reset, dropping all current calls and making hub to node calls inaccessible and voicemail remains down for approximately 3 minutes after the reset. Local tech support seems to think it may be a bad services card. We are waiting on our replacement to be programmed and delivered.

I would look to a station card as the probable cause!
