This is probably an easy fix, but I can't figure it out.

One of my telephone extensions says "Key unavailable" whenever i press any of the keys on the phone (i.e, line 1, line 2, ext 102, etc...)

how can i fix this?

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

In your user guide you will find that the "Flexible Feature Buttons" are programable to assign lines, stations or features to a button.

In Installer programming, you can copy the feature button programming from one phone to another. For that you would follow instructions in the Installation Manual.
