Started working for a small business that had a Comdial DX-80 installed in 2004. No other work done since installation. Right now auto-attendant feature (I think I'm using the right terminology) answers but gives the wrong information, the directory listing has the of voices two people who have worked for the company since 2006.
Computers got stolen in 2006 as well so there is no computer link to the system. I have been able to do a number of things from reviewing other posts to this board but can't seem to get into a Supervisor mailbox to make changes. Can anyone give me some directions to get started on accessing auto-attendant and/or VM via DET?
