I'm trying to get the caller id button to work on a DXP Plus with 13A software, but am not having any luck. The customer has a PRI and is receiving caller id in the LCD display at the phones. When I program a button on the phones as "CID", make several test calls to it, and press the programmed button, all it displays is "No New Messages". Am I not programming the button correctly, or is the feature not supported on 13A? Thanks.
Also, does anyone know if Outbound Dialing Number in station programming is supported in 13A? Thanks again.

If it appears as an option in VMMI version 13A, I would assume it to be available. Are you programming all of the items necessary to make it work? I don't know whether the CID button works with PRI. Someone else may come along and help answer that question.

Yes, it works with a PRI. The issue was that I didn't program Caller ID RNA in station programming.
