Have a DX-80 with 11 active extensions. One of the extensions drops outside calls after the caller enters the extension # and the extension greeting finishes. Does not ring the extension and line goes dead for caller. Calls between extensions work fine and all other extensions work fine. Any suggestions on the cause?

Make sure the mailbox is optioned for "blind" transfer instead of "no" transfer.

Also, make sure all of the phones have the ringing volume set above 1 or 2.

have them try and rerecord the user greeting for the phone in question...(works like that on an ESI...)
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
