I've just started work at a new company and the phone systems all say the wrong names on the display. How do you change the names??

Well if it's a DCS series then do this
Handset on hook
Press transfer 104
Press Hold to erase current name
use the keypad to enter the new name.Example C is the third letter on the 2 key so press 2 three times to enter a C
If you have 2 consecutive letters on the same key use the volume up key to move the cursor over a space before entering the second letter.
Press transfer when you are done.
This procedure must be done at each station that you want to change the name.
