You can add the stations to the first group in program 601, or you can make a new group then use 406 to assign the trunks to ring

You need technician level prgramming access to program these mmc's.It sounds like you are using system administration access.

We are going into to program mode 200 (passcode 1234) and 800 using (XXXX passcode) to get in... Is there any other way to access the programming?? these two still leave 601 and 406 'not permit' .... Please Help!

800 is the access level for technician programming,it will work.As this system is European and I've never seen it,maybe you are enabling the programming for tenant 2 instead of 1? The passwords you posted are correct for default ,but I will edit your post to remove them as I don't want evryone to see them. With 800 level access you can program anything.

It will show on the display when you get to the enabling of the programming.Like I said not having seen a 408 I can't even be sure that it has tenanting capabilities but anytime I've had a problem like thast it was because of enabling the programming for tenant2 not 1.

Well I assume you are using the 800 level access to program. When you do this are you only getting the not permit on those 2 mmc's 406 and 601?If you get that message on other mmc's like 600,407 etc. then the only reason I can think of is that you are not in technician programming but system admin.800 level will give you access to everything.
