Had to unplug phone to replace faulty one and now lost programming. Our original installer no longer in business. Any ideas how to programme soft keys. Section 3.13 of manual helps but will not allow administrators to change key exyenders.

Usually you would "lose" the programming anytime you replace a telephone set with a different type of set. When you do this it defaults to a template for the different type of set.To program the keys you will need to access technician level programming.
Admin programming only allows you to change extenders on already defined keys like dss keys, not change a key from say a speed dial to a trunk key.
