When dialing a station(340) from the auto attendant the station forward to vmail after 4 rings. When the attendant transfers to 340 it recalls back to the attendant instead of forwarding to vmail??? All the other stations work okay.

Make sure the phone is forwarded to vm on busy or no answer. Forward to group number of the vm.

Reason it is going to vm on the AA is from the transfer recall from the AA.
